How poor Africans are....
After being independent for long, African seem still not to have learn how to manage their country and still stay pre-modern age....

and even 1000+ French soldiers armed with modern arms can still march through Africa as easily as hunt monkey ,just as they did in 19th century.

PRC has a better standing than France. PRC may not be willing to help, but unlike France, they do not support terrorist on one side and fight the same terrorists elsewhere.

PRC has only one policy in Africa, that is exploiting the resources of Africa.

As far as Syria is concerned, what you have hinted, is somewhat true, but the fact that the ruling regime is using fighter jets to bomb and straffe civilian targets and also use cluster bombs in civilian areas is not acceptable. This is the same regime in Syria which has meddled in Lebanon and must take a large share of the blame of the conditions in Syria.
