Asif Ali Zardari is the Tumandar/Sardar of Zardari Tribe, which is a Sindhi tribe of Baloch origin. He has a Baloch turban on with shalwar kameez, which other Sindhi tribal leaders of Baloch origin wear too.

However, these days you will rarely see him wear Balocch turban or show off his Baloch origin, as he is busy playing the Sindh Card. He can be seen wearing Sindhi Topi and Arjak.

Its a Balochi turban, not Arab. Turbans vary region to region, even in Indian Punjab alone, there are various turbans classified by the region, the Patialvi turban (known as Shahi Dastar) differs from the Ambersari/Amritsari one, and so on.
