I am wondering why paras are not using TARS?

And why they are provided with US uniform and equipment?

Using firearm in Alaska without gloves, is not right..
they may suffer from frostbite..

^^^^^ If you see the videos, US officials are constantly saying they are making Indians familiar with US equipments and techniques, thats why US equipment; and yes they should have been provided with gloves, however in post number 4, pic# 5 you can see some are wearing gloves and some are not (so I think its kind of optional) !!

Indian army soldiers guard a hostage for a cordon-and-search demonstration during a U.S. Army Alaska and Indian army combined raid training at the Education Center on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Nov. 5. The training was in preparation for a field training exercise scheduled to begin Nov. 8 as part of the combined training exercise Yudh Abhyas 2010.

They want us to buy it, get to know their state of the art weaponry, create an interest among officers. Where they would feel compelled to it's attraction.
