I am sure he could have gone to the Pak HIgh Commission and have got the Presidential Suite.

Stupid chap to waste the ISI money on hotels.

Sad that hotels have kicked him out even in Nizamuddin!

SRINAGAR: JKLF on Monday alleged its chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik and his family were forced to spend several hours on road in Delhi after they were forced to leave the hotel booked by them.

Yasin Malik and his family, including an 18-month-old daughter, went to Delhi Sunday and booked two rooms in a hotel near Nizamuddin, the JKLF said in a statement here.

However, they were asked to leave around midnight by the hotel management, it alleged.

The party leader and his family had to wait on the roadside for several hours before they took shelter in a friend's house, the statement said.

"If Delhi gets upset due to our presence there, it should formally introduce a law that could prevent the people of Kashmir from visiting the national capital," it said.

"Only due to the person's political ideology, he was thrown out of the hotel along with his family. Such action cannot be legitimised at any level," the statement said.

This incident is totally wrong and bad

He was not carrying any arms or weapons
or raising Anti India slogans

Just spending the night with his family that included a small baby

We know his political ideologies

But even the worst terrorists in our jails like
Yaseen Bhatkal sleep peacefully at night with Blankets

Whenever he organises any pro separatist meeting along with other jerks like Arundhati Roy
in Delhi ; such meetings and conferences should be immediately disrupted and he should be locked up

But the fact that he was in Delhi means that he is right now a free man

Because Whenever there is trouble in Kashmir ;all these Separatist politicians are locked up

The Govt of India allows them to meet Paki High Comissioner
there is nothing new or dangerous about it

Just meeting and talking to the Pakis and pleading for more help wont get them Azadi

But this throwing out of hotel incidence will definitely give more Ammunition
to separatists

On the one hand we spend Thousands of crores for development work in Kashmir
and such foolish acts by a Hotel owner sends all the good work down the drain

Please do not forget the barb which a Kashmiri Muslim (KM) shopkeeper will hurl at you when in Srinagar, one is out, shopping in the market,
"Kya aap hindustan se ayen hain"? We in uniform are treated with respect but a civilian from any part of India invariably faces this query.
Even today for a KM ( in his psyche) Kashmir is not integrated with rest of India.

When humans are infected with such deadly anti national virus, it is better to quarantine them,in their own environment.

But mate please also remember that today thousands of Kashmiris are moving out
and seeking out a new and better life in Indian metros simply out of necessity

we know their mindset but they are still allowed to seek a better life for themselves

Their mindset and their barbs can go to hell

Let them abuse us Indians as much as they want

Nobody ; Absolutely NOBODY is under any illusion about what Kashmiris want

They will always want to merge with Pakistan

That is why we keep a large number of Security forces
because we know the mindset

But quarantine is not a solution especially when we say Kashmir is an integral part of India

That means they are Indians

What they feel is irrelevant we dont care if they dont feel like Indians
It is their problem not ours

But It is still their right to move out and seek a livelihood

Just an attempt to get some sympathy back home in Kashmir. To show how evil Indians are badly treating innocent Kashmiris and their 18 month old baby, gosh how inhuman.

There are many states ( including Sikkim, which is governed by 371F) and autonomous hill councils which restricts sale of land to non-residents or non-tribal. There is nothing wrong in it.
Heck even you would need ILP while visiting many areas of north-east especially Sikkim and Arunachal Praddesh.
But, do the people there feel they are not Indian? Absolutely No.

It's the psyche that we are not India is only prevalent in Kashmir Valley. To be specific only a section of the valley population.
The Psyche is partly derived from article 370, more precisely misinformation about 370 and partly due to other factor.

As with Indian constitution conditional accession is allowed so, having more autonomy than other states certainly does not mean that you are not a part of India. That's because even with absolute majority passed motion in their assembly they cannot move out of Indian union.

Only option these people are banking on United Nations intervention but alas much water has flown under the bridge in that case also.

On topic:

Divergence of views is welcome, but sharing the stage with an internationally known terrorist is not welcomed. India is unique where even that is tolerated.

Also, if he and family is kicked out after checking in at dead of night, it is wrong.
But, if not allowed to check in or booking cancelled at arrival, there is nothing wrong.

The article is not clear enough on why exactly he was thrown out of hotel?? It does not have hotel's pov. This article spins it in such a way that as if it was hotel(indirectly india's) fault. No doubt its from toi(let).

Also why did he come to delhi?? Had he come to attend the so-called meeting of indian N paki former army personnel in fixer dealer amar singh's house?? Isn't it the same meeting where farooq abdullah said even if modi becomes PM for 10 terms article 370 can not be removed??

He doesn't want to be in India, why the hell he came in Delhi ?? It's not political differences, this guy is a traitor. He needs to be thrown out of India. 18 months girl can wait outside hotel on the road, it's not at all pathetic & inhuman.

Why the hell he was here in 1st place ?? And with his family ?? What he expected ?? A warm welcome ?? Many infants sleep on the road in India, nobody cares about them and sudden sympathy for yasin's 18 months old ?? I'm sure he/she must haven't suffered a bit. This is just a stunt to get sympathy and that's what we are giving him indirectly by giving to his 18months old. I'm proud of that Hotel Staff, it would be a shame if anyone tries to bring human rights here for a constant human rights destroyer.

If illegal Bangladeshi can make Assam their home, change the demographics and election agendas, why can't we do the same with J&K?
