@Ray Sir, I think the discussion has gone off target.

We should be discussing East Turkestan, not Tibet.

Could you please guide the conversation and remove off-topic comments?

Thanks,
PM

Cpuld you give some proof for that
Seek and Ye shall find is what the Good Book says.

Check with the Underground Church!

The quality of mercy is not strained;
It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven
Upon the place beneath. It is twice blest;
It blesseth him that gives and him that takes:
'T is mightiest in the mightiest; it becomes
The throned monarch better than his crown:
His sceptre shows the force of temporal power,
The attribute to awe and majesty,
Wherein doth sit the dread and fear of kings;
But mercy is above this sceptred sway;
It is enthronèd in the hearts of kings,
It is an attribute to God himself;

Having said that, let's get back to the business at hand.

Authentic Info/pdf document for what?
You have given the link to a thread in a forum. I checked the thread/Wikipedia and it does not mention anything specifically or officially about India vs China`s nuke capabilities. Have you any official info/authentic link from a govt website on this?

Look at the map, you will see South Tibet is not easy to defend ( for both China and India) .
Right now, you have to maintain 8 times of forces than China on that border.
It is consuming a good part of your defence budget, that is what we want to see.

BTW, on the west side of border,we are just ~300km away from your capital and we able to turn it into a fireball and capture it in a few days (Mumbai in 1 or 2 weeks).
Good for you.

You spend more money in controlling your OWN people with a greater budget for internal security than defence.

So, that speaks for your desperate attempt to keep China as a whole!

Internal Security Tops Military in China Spending

On the first day of the annual meeting of China's legislature, a Finance Ministry budget report showed that actual spending on law and order last year was 548.6 billion yuan ($83.5 billion), slightly more than what was budgeted for the year.

That compared with officially reported military expenditure of 533.5 billion yuan ($81.2 billion) in 2010.

The same report showed that spending this year on police, state security, armed civil militia, courts and jails would total 624.4 billion yuan ($95 billion), an increase of 13.8% over 2010.

China's 2011 military budget, by comparison, is 601.1 billion ($91.5 billion), representing a rise of 12.7% over last year, a government spokesman announced Friday

well, if you dont want to read the A5 missile thread.
then I can only suggest you to check the yields of your 1998 test and compare it to China's test at 1967.

also, the india part of this link is good for you to read.
List of nuclear weapons tests - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

India[edit]
Main article: List of Indian nuclear tests
India announced it had conducted a test of a single device in 1974 near Pakistan's eastern border under the codename Operation Smiling Buddha. After 24 years, India publicly announced five further nuclear tests on May 11 and May 13, 1998. The official number of Indian nuclear tests is six, conducted under two different code-names and at different times.

May 18, 1974: Operation Smiling Buddha (type: implosion, plutonium and underground). One underground test in a horizontal shaft around 107 m long under the long-constructed Indian Army Pokhran Test Range (IA-PTR) in the Thar Desert, eastern border of Pakistan. The Indian Meteorological Department and the Atomic Energy Commission announced the yield of the weapon at 12 kt. Other Western sources claimed the yield to be around 2–12 kt. However, the claim was dismissed by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and it was later reported to be 8 kt.[24]
May 11, 1998: Operation Shakti (type: implosion, 3 uranium and 2 plutonium devices, all underground). The Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) of India and the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) simultaneously conducted a test of three nuclear devices at the Indian Army Pokhran Test Range (IAPTR) on May 11, 1998. Two days later, on May 13, the AEC and DRDO carried out a test of two further nuclear devices, detonated simultaneously. During this operation, AEC India claimed to have tested a three-stage thermonuclear device (Teller-Ulam design), but the yield of the tests was significantly lower than that expected from thermonuclear devices. The yields remain questionable, at best, by Western and Indian scholars, estimated at 20kt-45kt.

@CCP Coming back to the topic at hand.

East Turkestan/Xinjinag was originally an independent state. They had little connection to the Chinese or rather Han dominated heartland. Yet the glorious democratically elected govt of China forced...I meant brought peace to XInjiang by making it an "INTEGRAL" part of People`s Republic of China.

East Turkestan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

My point is that you support Kashmiri terrorists in India in the name of freedom but you mercilessly kill all the Uyghurs in Xinjinag/East Turkestan. Why this anomally?

Spin as you want, the truth cannot be hidden, much that you like.

What has public security got to do with Public health, Public traffic, structure safety, food safety?

However, do show some official documents that indicates that anything and everything in China is covered by Public Security.
