This is pretty darn amazing! Thank you for sharing. Miniaturized power plants like these will have tremendous potential in the years to come. He's apparently founded a company called Bloom Energy, with intent to drive the cost down to $3,000 in about five-six years where the present competition produces refrigerator-size 'bloom boxes' at around $800,000 a piece. That would definitely make it more affordable to the average American and European consumer. Way to go mr. Sridhar!
Thanks for sharing this video, Brahmos. I had read about Bloom Energy some time back, but this is the first time that I have seen this beautiful presentation. Mr. Shridhar is a true visionary, and if his product works for the small customer in a remote part of this planet, I am sure he will become an icon of the 21st century. And I am very proud that an Indian is doing all this. I wish him all the luck in his noble endeavor.
