I doubt pakistan's poverty will be 58%. It should be around 70%.
For people there to even qualify as middle class they need jobs. What industries they have. IT??, call centres??,manufacturing?? Tourism??. Anything.
Even there textile in doldrums. Agriculture export is dependent on India i.e If only India increase their taxes. Even their psu in doldrums (see railway). Foreign remitances, Army ,police jobs may help some. They have zero infra's. Education zero thats also madrasa education. Country full of terrorists. Imf ,foriegn aid is also going used mostly for weapons purchase. Again lot of money siphoned in corruption.
So where's their money and jobs coming from to claim India poor than pak.
