I think its part of standard procedures for all American aircrafts. If not, well then you know who they are selling it to !

No, Saya it is the PAF chief as seen in your own photograph above.
his glasses are different, it is not that one person cannot have two glasses, but in two pics posted by me he is wearing same glasses and in the pic in question frame is of white color.

Why Americans write every basic instruction on PAF aircraft ?

Push this/that everything on aircraft frame? ..

Btw, These F-16 will ensure some measurement of protection to Pakistan..
This must be one of the 4 delivered recently??

Those are rescue instructions for jettisoning the canopy meant for civilian first responder in case the aircraft crashes and the pilot is still inside.

Pilots are suppose to have perfect eye sight, no wonder PAF was not been able to do anything to US raid deep inside Pakistan, because pilots were wearing glasses.
Humor apart, I think it is really stupid that we have such restrictions in today's time when jets that don't need to maneuver too much have come up (JSF). RAF and USAF pilots wear glasses and they seem to be flying quite well even with them. I don't understand what is so elite about IAF or other air force pilots that claim that having glasses in the presence of modern technology is a problem.

I have checked some of even civil pilot training programs in USA and Canada through some friends of mine. They don't have issue with science and maths like we do and neither do they for glasses. While here in India, they make a hue and cry about 12th grade maths+physics and chemistry. After all Indian pilots also fly the same aircraft as their global counterpart. Then what's the fuss about, I fail to understand.

Well my childhood dream has scattered due to my eye sight
