Even I dont know Why is this??????! . Perhaps you can come with certain points about what is going to happen to men in this society?
1.are really women suffering bias on gender basis?? Yes.not only women from lower class women do suffer in high class families too due to gender biases.Main reason for this is cultural biases and male domination in the family due to more importance given to them and the mindset. 2. Is women reservation is the way to uplift them??? No.women reservation is just the popular way of vote gathering. It is one of the ways to uplift women if it is applied selfishness otherwise only those women get benifits of reservations who are well established. What is needed is change in mindset where women are not looked upon as pleasurable objects rather as an equal respectable citizen in society. 3. How it is going to influence men's community and society?? Men can answer this question better if it doesn't hurt their egos.:happy_2: 4.What can be other ways??? first and foremost change in mindset.second is changes in law and the strict implementation of them.old cultural values which are not compatible with 21st century must be discarded.
Yea. Its a very cruel world out here. All the seats for marrying me are reserved for women. You see, I'm an enlightened citizen. The above reservation can be a danger to gay people(1.44). Chill out and have a beer. And... welcome to the forum.
Women's reservation is being talked about only in the political sphere. In todays economy women are an integral part of the work force. So women's education and employment is a given. The growth rates that we dream of ie 9% and 10% CANNOT happen if women sit at home. Anyway 80 % of working women work in unorganised sector only for supporting family incomes With the cost of living being what is it today women HAVE to work.
Legally there is no gender bias enshrined in the constitution. Gender bias is a societal phenomenon and such bias will go away only when there is increased maturity in the society of accepting women as equals. Slowly but steadily situation has been changing and now we see more and more women in all kinds of jobs may be with the exception of armed forces and rightfully so. Just hang in there, one day there will be more women doing jobs than men just like there are more women doing PhDs than men in US. And welcome to the forum. Instead of repeating your question ad nauseam, do tell a little about yourself.
