How about Russia? Russia has a very bad sex ratio skewed in favor of women. Even Russians are asking that Indians be migrated to solve the shortage of men in place of Chinese as a alternative to the demographic challenge posed by China in the Siberia.

Russia, these days, is considered to be too violent a society to get absorbed in. Also, too chaotic & corrupt. The economy is on verge of collapse. It would be interesting to see how many Indian males would be willing to migrate to Russia for this saintly cause.
