First of all Tibet is part of China as recognised by India. See latest India maps.

If you want to take Tibet, you need to win the war of 1962, and not FXXXed by the PLA.
India has not recognised Tibet as being an integral part of China.

India has said and recognised that the Tibet is an AUTONOMOUS Region of China.

The fact that Tibet is not autonomous and instead it is controlled by China, keeps the issue open.

Oh No! India never took over Tibet. The Indian border states such as Ladakh, Chamba, Sirmour, Kumaon and Garhwal, Assam, Bhutan and Sikkim only had minor taxation and pasturage disputes with Dashos of Tibet. There were friendly challenges and duals but never a war except for a long campaign by Zorawar Singh. Tibet and India lived peacefully throughout until the Hans attacked India.

India never wants to take over Tibet. It is Tibetans who would liberate Tibet and the Govt in exile will take over.

India only provides moral support to Tibetan cause. They want autonomy only. Independence will automatically follow.

You are going too far to invite India for a war. you are a war monger.

Why should India take Tibet?

How does that benefit India?

we did not The cause of the war was a dispute over the sovereignty of the widely-separated Aksai Chin and Arunachal Pradesh border regions. Aksai Chin, claimed by India to belong to Kashmir and by China to be part of Xinjiang, contains an important road link that connects the Chinese regions of Tibet and Xinjiang. China's construction of this road was one of the triggers of the conflict. Arunachal Pradesh (called South Tibet by China) is also claimed by both nations — although it is roughly the size of Austria, it was sparsely inhabited in the days of the war (by numerous local tribes) due to its mountainous terrain

Remember 1967 when IA Screw PLA..

Wont find in your CCP text books..

You mean the minor skirmish that lasted one day which no other countries aknowledged? Know why? Cause it was a skirmish, not a war. Only some posters on internet care about that.

To be honest, even the 62 war is but a minor footnote in China.

But if you want to celebrate the one day skirmish, go for it.:thumb:

400 KIA is the number in one day..

Don`t worry wont be in your text books..
Of course that won't appear on the text books, in the text book even the 1962 war is only just one or two sentence.

And about the conflict, the Chinese material I get is hundreds of KIA on India's side.

And on the wiki, it is just a very very small conflict, and is describe as "incident":

Many people do not realize the Vietnamese beat the French,Americans and the Chinese. 3 -P5 members within 50 years. And still stayed united after failed attempts to split the country.

400 umber confirmed by PLA? you must be kidding me . It is easy to find the story from Chinese side. For example,
ÏÊΪÈËÖªµÄÖÐÓ¡³åÍ»_ÑÔ¼¸ÓÖÑÔÊ®_°Ù¶È¿Õ¼ä
you can use google translate. For the
skirmish from 09/11-09/14 at Nathu La, the number from China: India loss (607); China loss (123), among them, 32 dead and 91 wounded. As for the
one-day skirmish on 10/01 at Chola, the number from China: India loss (195); the total number of Chinese loss was not included. However, the total number of Chinese troops involved was just one company plus two light artillery platoons. Assuming that Indian army was powerful and can kill them all, it was at most 250. How can you get a number of 400 and even confirmed by PLA?
