since we have INSAS with UBGL i was thinking which one is better system for fast acquisition of target

I think we need Israeli Computerized sight ( dont remember the name ) for the job, And regarding rate of fire Insas UBGL have similar rate of fire of US made GL, The fastest UBGL fire is by Russian GP-34..

MPRS from Israel was offered to India in 2004,

actually this system is better then both the system given above, as it has electronic fuse which can be programmed for impact with laser range finder.

so in it is like South Korean K11 rifle in some aspects.
