i never knew christians also supported the movement, what would they gain by supporting it?
all of them are now facing their karma and rightly so. if one goes to think, pakis are the biggest backstabbers, stab the hand that feeds them. ahmedis were the brain and finance providers for the pak movement and they were the first ones to be butchered after its formation.
Amply evident that the Christian community of the British India vehemently supported the cause of Pakistan, please see :-

The All Indian Christian Association had joined Pakistan Movement. Punjabi Christians had even transferred 2 of their seats in Punjab to Muslim if I remember correctly.
What possible reason you ask ? The same reason Shah Shuja asked British to attack Maharaja Ranjit Singh as they worshipped the "same god". They are united as far as us pagans are concerned. Don't let the intra-Abrahamic wars foo you, its a false narrative. These are not isolated incidents either, look into the history and world today, you will find many such e.g. of alliances :-
To be fair though, a handful of Hindu secularists & opportunists had supported the Pakistan movement only to regret later. One of them was Prof Birj Narain:
Another one was Jogendranath Mondal who was from a backward caste and joined the Pakistan movement in hopes of betterment for Dalits. Infact, he was one of the leading founding fathers of Pakistan. Got cabinet ministry after partition but later left and took asylum in India over Muslim ill-treatment of Dalits. Check out his resignation letter, its a slap in the face of politicians like Owaisi that talk about Muslim-Dalit alliance:-
