Thanks for clearing the misunderstanding on my part. How do you rate MDH masala packages? I personally go for solid and grind them at home.

To be frank, nothing is safe.

The ground masalas even the branded ones can have impurities and the whole masala can have dangerous coloration.

Ideal, well, nearly ideal, is to wash your food products including whole masala for some time before use so that pesticides, fertiliser traces, coloration is reduced.

The best masala coming out of India is Eastern Masalas. Try it and you will not think of another masala.

The best masala is
