It was a times of india report yesterday 23rd aug 2014 and the date and area of the incident are not quoted ...

Gandhian policies were great for uniting the various Indian peoples of different languages, etc to form
a newly independent nation, but not for other applications . To apply a policy that worked in one area
to another area is a mistake, in my thinking. Eg it's like applying the training methods and field strategies
of hockey to a football game ...although there are some similarities, one cant realistically hope to win
against an opponent who is applying the more correct football training and strategies.

Well I think Indian Army is not to be blamed, they are professional forces, but such lunatic behaviour from the wild PLA animals must be brought into focus, previously their was a video of PLA animals trans passing into Indian territory and Indian Army with no choice but hugging this animals in love so that they dont go very far inside. Such videos should be brought to international focus to gather opinion and create some pressure such that PLA learn to behave like civic animal, if needed some agreement to create a no mans land in between the border if PLA cant tame their animals, if not then whatever when diplomacy fails. because diplomacy aint happening here

Haven't watched the whole video, just a couple of minutes. ( Slow net.)

From the video, it seems like the Indian forces have the higher ground, so the PLA clowns have come there to remove those rock bunkers. Things can go out of control any time. This could be the idea of a local commander who wants to take control of the heights. IA did a good job not getting provoked.

They could have given a warning shot when the chinese were getting close to the post from a distance. I hope the PM is briefed of this incidence and he should give the moral support for the troops to engage if they enter our territory because we are entitled to.
