Maduro has massive local support. With right communication and motivation, people can be even made to sacrifice themselves. Economy is no big deal. Venezuelan population know that USA is against Venezuela and has tried to overthrow Chavez and Maduro several times

in current World Politics If Russia, China & India stand a side can overwhelm US & EU economically & Militarily ( note: India dont take military stand) .....

And why would India take any side with regard to Venezuela?

While I dislike US interventionism, our bureaucrats and politicians are yet to develop enough spine to actually address global issues.

They are too myopic and cannot even execute a defence procurement in time and in a resourceful manner. It is unlikely that we will ever do anything in support or against Venezuela.

Russia and China on the other hand, are clear - they arm Venezuelan troops to the teeth when it comes to fighting a limited war.

They actually have robust indigenous defence industry to do that.

We don't even have that without US/Israel/Russian cooperation.

Who said that India does not have arms like SAM, BMD, tanks etc? These can be supplied if needed. Also, India does not openly take stance. India has shown its position by increasing Venezuelan oil consumption by over 60% in 1 month
