‘Unfriendly forces trying to disrupt India-Russia ties’
    [IMG]PTI
    NEW DELHI: MARCH 24, 2017 20:28 IST
    UPDATED: MARCH 24, 2017 20:28 IST
    • India and Russia on Friday admitted there may be some “unfriendly forces or actors” who may be trying to create hindrances in bilateral relations.

    • India-Russia ties were discussed threadbare as Home Minister Rajnath Singh held a meeting with a nine-member Russian delegation led by Director of Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation Alexander Bortnikov here.

“The two sides also acknowledged that there may be some ‘unfriendly forces’ or ‘unfriendly actors’ who may be trying to create hindrances in the bilateral relationship but such adverse campaigns are incapable of affecting the deep understanding bolstered by regular dialogues and mutual cooperation,” an official statement said.

Mr. Singh informed the visiting delegation that India and Russia are all-weather friends and enjoy family-like relations and bilateral ties had withstood all trying times in the midst of changing nature of international and political relations.

During the course of the delegation-level meeting lasting for about 45 minutes, the Home Minister highlighted the sponsoring of terrorism by India’s neighbouring country, “which is a threat not only to India and international community but to humanity as a whole”.

Mr. Singh said India has a policy of zero-tolerance for terrorism.

The Home Minister said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin have been meeting on different occasions to share and strengthen bilateral cooperation at the highest level.

He also mentioned that the Russian President is loved and respected by all Indians.

Mr. Singh said inter-agency cooperation between the two countries should cover bilateral, regional and international issues.

He emphasised that bilateral cooperation should include the areas of military and technical cooperation, energy, economic security and disaster management, and urged that the strategic collaboration between the two countries needs to be strengthened further.

The Home Minister said during the ensuing visit of an Indian delegation to Russia, he would make it a point to visit facilities such as the EMERCOM headquarters to explore areas of technical cooperation between the two countries.

The Russian delegation extended an invitation to the Home Minister to participate in the XVI international meeting of the Heads of Special Services, Security Agencies and Law Enforcement Organisations in Russia later this year, which he accepted.

The Russian team included representatives from FSB’s Departments of Constitution Protection and Counter Terrorism, Intelligence Analysis and International Liaison and Scientific & Technical.

The Indian side included Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi and senior officers from the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of External Affairs.

Finally Indians and Russians understand that china and Usa are not really enemies but enemies wrt other countries good bond of friendship.

Finally Russians understand the ploy to ellinate it through china

    And India through Usa.

When bonds break between India and Russia. Usa and its allies can take on russian federation by offering India for a meal to china to support Usa and its allies, may be china be tempted for scs mutual agreement between usa and china (sweet deal? ). In exchange china can dump Russians.

Every thing is possible in Geopolitics, India should trust none but be strong on good diplomacy with every powerful country. No one eyed policy for tech.

May be it can ignore china because it is just another pakistan, which doesn't listen until we have hit first talk later policy.

It wasn't us Indians who asked Russians to host a meeting on Afghanistan with Cheen and Napaakis, without even involving Afghans in the process.

Nor did we ask them to hold military exercises with Napaakis.

So perhaps "unfriendly" forces lie within, especially the Islamophiles in Kremlin, who are ascendant these days. A process that got accelerated with the recent demise of Russian ambassador to India, Alexander Kadakin, who did much to preserve and further Indo-Russian ties.

100% agree. These wily Pakis have managed to influence the Islamophobes in the Kremlin and using religion to drive a wedge between India and Russia.

We need to wake up to the reality of Islam being used as a geopolitical tool and work on how to counter it.

    Islamophilies you mean?
I don't think there are "Islamophiles" per se, in the Kremlin.

Anyway, I don't think it's the paks but the rus.
The Rus have taken the initiative, for the geostrategic shift, under chins guidance.
The paks are merely doing what the do best, sock-cucking. They even established a premier institute to serve their clients, aptly named RANDI. Nothing wily about it, I reckon.

Stupid statement. Russian interest no longer align with India but Pak. Russia don't want any foreign influence in Afghanistan which it consider the backyard of former USSR. Russia never liked Indian presence in Tajikistan when India was offered Ayani Military/ Airbase.

Same as Iran whose interest are align with Russia, China and Pak. So Mi 35 and joint military exercise between Russia and Pak is only a start.

So basically we are an unwanted to everyone in the region ?? Why has the situation gone like this is it because of our chest thumping politician or the ones before him who all together screwed it ??? Or is it the stupid bureaucrats who give suggestions on these geopolitical strategies and screw it royally ...??? Well anyone who want to be a friend of pakistan is more than welcome if they want to sleep with a suicide bomber its their itch they will know when their ass will be blown up by the paki s sweetly .. Well if we are so isolated then its better our politicians show some spine and invest more money and push for faster technological upgrade for our Defence forces and also improve our economy so that it can withstand any adventure which these new friend cum foe s will throw on us ..

Long live Dragon China the fire its spitting on others from its stomach may one day blow its own stomach inside ....

Read this article by Andrew Korybko, a Naapaki-pasand Roosi anal-yst and one of Putin's close associates and advisors who now wield influence in Kremlin

    http://katehon.com/article/cpec-and-21st-century-convergence-civilizations

Also Zamir Kabulov, a former ambassador to Afghanistan and now a special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, Putin's another confidant is in charge of steering and guiding Kremlin's policy for the region. No surprises that he's Naapaki-pasand.

To overlook the rise of Islam-pasand comrades in Kremlin would be a fallacy.

Russia's Afghan policy is being guided by such people and Russia is stepping into another quagmire as a consequence.

We are not isolated, but niether Pakis are isolated which our stupid loudmouth politicians boast about. We are at the receiving end of Paki state sponsor terrorism and lost several thousand civilians and troops but nobody in the world gives two Fuck about it. Heck even Ghani wanted to have good relations with Pakis if they ready to join Afghans against Taliban.

Their NDS and Pak ISI even had the agreement. So whatever bad relations Pakis have with Bangladesh and Afghanistan is because of it's own fault and not because of Indian pressure. Shaikh Hasina is pissed off Pakis beacause they interfere in the execution of 1971 war criminals.

Pakis easily got the membership of SCO and China want it to be a member in BRICS and no BRICS nation would've problem with that. Brazil, South Africa and Russia already selling weapons to Pakis including Anti Radiation missiles and SA allegedly helped them in their RAAD crusie missile based on MUPSOW. Even Iran is ready to join CPEC. US continue to have good relations with Pakis including military exercises and weapon sales.

So it is India which always live under the threat of 3 front war of which one is Terrorism.

Yes I agree when said russians are being alienated means they can not be defeated in a war.

A flush of all jihadi groups like they entered europe will do the task to destabilise russia and push it in to civil war(usa covert forces support ie again pakis will join them). That is one of reason russians new rapport with pakis.

We know it earlier, and our major concern of russia relationship with pakis is not a issue. Its china that we and russia has to concentrate ie our friendly relations and bilateral ties should always be thicker than chinas expansionist schemes to hook up russians.

Why it is so necessary to hook up russians? Simply we cant rely on defence equipment on one source ie usa if russia is sidelined.

That will decide fate of Indian in an event of war mongering Chinese.

Our mistake is not being indegeniously self sufficient for past decades. Some heads should be rolled out ( not from our lazy defense industry) but from lobbies or agents serving as a medium.

These agents are like weed which should be plucked (probably retired Indians they might be having deep roots in armed forces). Its time a seperate Indian intelligence wing create some chill in these ba#tards. find there activities pursue them, establish links deep in to our corrupt mid politicos and military establishment. Eliminate them in nice 5 star hotels.

So let me get this straight. India calls for the global community to strongly contemplate isolating those who sponsor terrorism as a state policy much like how the world community has justified the isolation of NoKo, to an extent Iran and White South Africa in the past.

The world community of course does contemplate and probably decides to adopt a wait and watch policy and all of a sudden it's a failure of our "boastful leaders"? The only people I have spouting shite like this are Pakis and Paki-pasands in India, especially scum like Sudheendra Kulkarni, MSA, Salman Khursheed and Digvijaya Singh among others.

Meanwhile, India continues with its path- the world may not ignore or isolate Pakistan, but we'll follow our own path- minimal diplomatic contacts with Pakistan beyond multilateral fora and even when there is contact such as IWT meetings, they are whittled down to zero output meetings as the recent meeting in Isloo turned out to be.

Our plans on Indus are continuing regardless of what Pakis say, our trade negotiations with others continue, our focus on economy continues, while at the same times Pakis are being rebuffed by country after country- Indonesia just withdrew visa privileges, Malaysia did that earlier, KSA continues to deport Bakis in droves, ditto for UAE and Kuwait and the West.

I do not say that India has anything to do with this, probably very little, but the fact is that at the end Bakis find themselves in a pitiful and increasingly desperate situation that pushes them in the arms of PRC.

Russia whose economy is suffering from laggard oil prices and international sanctions (their economy contracted for the 3 consecutive year) is increasingly hedging their bets wherever they can- Bakis are one of them. They hope to sell Oil to Cheen and to Napaakis, via OBOR/CPEC/painus-in-anus or whatever you call it. Naturally they throw a bone and the Napaakis being the beggars they are come salivating.

Ultimately even Russia knows that Cheeni market is insufficient for them to get out of their economic rut, they need India, Korea and Japan too, which is why we see overtures towards everyone- Japan, a staunch US ally, is holding extensive talks with Roosis over Kuril islands. India continues to collaborate on military hardware and nuclear power plants.

Diplomacy is far more complex than to be explained in a matter of words. If only some hair-brained folks would understand this well.

Many ways to bell the cat and even more ways to halaal a rat.

Lekin yadi aap hon pappu to kya khaak chalega chappu.

Saar, take a look here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundations_of_Geopolitics.

Pakis a trying to place themselves favorably by taking advantage of the geopolitical shift that is taking place.

India is viewed as a weak state with several fault-lines waiting to be exploited.

So the russians basically want to fuck us through China ... Mother fucker Racist bastards White supremacy show its true colors with their thoughts book.. Funny China and vietnam are locked horn s with each other .. How one communist hate another communist country with russians don t want to help china in vietnam.. But they want to help china to fuck india ..Not sure this guy was drinking pig piss vodka to think crazy ideology like this and today the russain forces read this book in the training .. Not sure where is that Bitch called Karma is she watching it what all these geopolitical asses doing around the world and hope she gives back 10 % back to them what they do to others ..

The book states that "the maximum task [of the future] is the 'Finlandization' of all of Europe".[1]

    In Europe:

    • Germany should be offered the de facto political dominance over most Protestant and Catholic states located within Central and Eastern Europe. Kaliningrad oblast could be given back to Germany. The book uses the term "Moscow-Berlin axis".[1]
    • France should be encouraged to form a "Franco-German bloc" with Germany. Both countries have a "firm anti-Atlanticist tradition".[1]
    • The United Kingdom should be cut off from Europe.[1]
    • Finland should be absorbed into Russia. Southern Finland will be combined with the Republic of Karelia and northern Finland will be "donated to Murmansk Oblast".[1]
    • Estonia should be given to Germany's sphere of influence.[1]
    • Latvia and Lithuania should be given a "special status" in the Eurasian-Russian sphere.[1]
    • Poland should be granted a "special status" in the Eurasian sphere.[1]
    • Romania, Macedonia, "Serbian Bosnia" and Greece – "orthodox collectivist East" – will unite with "Moscow the Third Rome" and reject the "rational-individualistic West".[1]
    • Ukraine should be annexed by Russia because "Ukraine as a state has no geopolitical meaning, no particular cultural import or universal significance, no geographic uniqueness, no ethnic exclusiveness, its certain territorial ambitions represents an enormous danger for all of Eurasia and, without resolving the Ukrainian problem, it is in general senseless to speak about continental politics". Ukraine should not be allowed to remain independent, unless it is cordon sanitaire, which would be inadmissible.[1]
In the Middle East and Central Asia:

    • The book stresses the "continental Russian-Islamic alliance" which lies "at the foundation of anti-Atlanticist strategy". The alliance is based on the "traditional character of Russian and Islamic civilization".
    • Iran is a key ally. The book uses the term "Moscow-Tehran axis".[1]
    • Armenia has a special role: It will serve as a "strategic base," and it is necessary to create "the [subsidiary] axis Moscow-Erevan-Teheran". Armenians "are an Aryan people … [like] the Iranians and the Kurds".[1]
    • Azerbaijan could be "split up" or given to Iran.[1]
    • Georgia should be dismembered. Abkhazia and "United Ossetia" (which includes Georgia's South Ossetia) will be incorporated into Russia. Georgia's independent policies are unacceptable.[1]
    • Russia needs to create "geopolitical shocks" within Turkey. These can be achieved by employing Kurds, Armenians and other minorities.[1]
    • The book regards the Caucasus as a Russian territory, including "the eastern and northern shores of the Caspian (the territories of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan)" and Central Asia (mentioning Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan).[1]
    In Asia:

    • China, which represents a danger to Russia, "must, to the maximum degree possible, be dismantled". Dugin suggests that Russia start by taking Tibet-Xinjiang-Mongolia-Manchuria as a security belt.[2]Russia should offer China help "in a southern direction – Indochina (except Vietnam), the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia" as geopolitical compensation.[1]
    • Russia should manipulate Japanese politics by offering the Kuril Islands to Japan and provoking anti-Americanism.[1]
    • Mongolia should be absorbed into Eurasia-Russia.[1]

Lol even if Russia pursue 1% of these plans, say ex Ukraine. Its economy already down to its knees.

Best part I liked is dismantling china from tibet.

If that is the case how can they support china over India? Ie if tibet lost we have no enemy at all.

Hahaha Wikipedia article(may be book) is a joke.

What ever it is russians should realise if they dont dismantle china , china will do it to russians like a piece of cake on a platter.

Putin is not a fool. He understands world geopolitics. But at the same time, India getting too close to USA will urge him to drift away from us.

Looks like now Russia also have to deal within its internal issues more than worrying about geopolitics in Central Asia or this is a state sponsored move to push aggressively against the rebels in syria and also push its agenda in Afghanistan ...

Moscow: An explosion has been reported on the metro in the Russian city of St Petersburg, according to state-run media TASS.

"According to the very first preliminary information, about 10 people were killed in the explosion," a source told TASS, noting the exact number of victims was still being established. Russian President Vladimir Putin was also in the city.
