New Delhi: In an attempt to nab one of the most wanted man of India, Dawood Ibrahim, the Modi government has prepared a new blueprint to nab the underworld don and destroy his D-Company.
According to a report published in India Today, the government has formed five investigative teams to keep a track on Dawood and his henchmen.

Around 50 officials from Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Interpol wing of the CBI are a part of the five teams.

Besides tracking Dawood's movement in Pakistan, the officials are entrusted with the duty of keeping a close eye on underworld don's close aides and relatives back in India, who are handling his business.

The probe agencies have identified 11 men who are running 1993 Mumbai serial blasts mastermind's business across the world.

The report further states that Dawood is seriously unwell and has confined himself to his home in Pakistan's Karachi, where he resides with the name of Sheikh Ismail Merchant.
CBI has sent a judicial request to Pakistan seeking information about Dawood's alleged Gutka business set up there with help from Indian businessmen after filing a chargesheet against the most wanted terrorist.

Absolutely, I think one of the biggest mistake was to let pakistan have nuclear weapons, which is our fundamental obstacle today, even if something like mumbai happens again, i doubt we would be able to do much except covert war. pakistan having nuclear weapons neutralized our overt war option.

Israel handling whole middle east like a boss and we couldnt even manage pakistan, we should have broke it into 4-5 small states long ago.

Believe me. Stupid baniyas will celebrate even if he dies of natural causes in his comfortable bed in karachi. If anyone celebrates in front of me, I'm gonna slap him.

India to hand over a fresh dossier to Pakistan to nail most wanted gangster Dawood Ibrahim
Indian agencies are making a fresh dossier against Dawood Ibrahim, to hand it over to Pakistan.

In its latest attempts to convince Pakistan about Dawood’s presence in their country, India has prepared a series of call records between Dawood and his business associates in India and other countries.

Most of these calls are Internet Protocol calls and India has managed to transcribe them as proof against Dawood.

It is believed that Dawood has diversified business links with many big businessmen in different countries and sometime he directly talks to them for business decisions.

Earlier a report from United Nations confirmed that six out of nine addresses of Dawood given by India were found correct.

After that as per Intelligence Bureau reports, this was noticed that Dawood’s associates and relatives shifted from these addresses to unknown locations in Pakistan.

After this revelation immediate family members has also changed their mobile and other contact numbers that they have been using for years.

The new dossier consists of his new business associates, his stake, addresses and contact persons who are looking after trade on his behalf and also in constant touch with Dawood Ibrahim for directions.

As per sources, this dossier will be handed over by India to Pakistan in the next scheduled meeting.

The government is also learnt to have prepared a new blueprint to nab the absconding underworld don, who is believed to be hiding in Pakistan for over two decades now.

The government has formed five new investigative teams of 50 officers.


The teams have been mandated to dismantle Dawood Ibrahim's business empire spread over several countries.

The special teams comprise of officers drawn from the Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax Department, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Interpol wing of the CBI.

The team has been asked to monitor Dawood and his gang's movement and activities in Pakistan, UAE and other countries.

The agencies have identified 11 close associates of Dawood Ibrahim, who run his business across the globe.

Seven companies dealing in aviation, power, oil, construction to garment are on the radar of the investigators.

For past few months, underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and his core team were flustered about their funds routed through various countries but actually going nowhere. They thought that someone from their own gang went away with the money. They suspected that they were being cheated by their own men, who were going rogue.

Now, it has emerged that it was the government of India, which was tracking their business in several countries and was working behind the curtain to cripple the Dawood gang. According to intelligence agencies, Dawood was not cheated Rs 40 crore over the past two years by his men, but the government of India got several of his transactions in UAE, Canada, UK and Australia seized.

The Indian government has managed, the agencies claim, to make governments of many countries agree to keep a track on Dawood's business activities and transactions. These also agreed to share details of bigger transactions of Dawood with the Indian agencies.

In the last two years, the Indian agencies have been successful in getting five to six hawala transactions seized in Dubai, Canada, UK and Australia. One such transaction was frozen by a bank in UAE, suspecting it to be hawala money. This particular transaction was routed through India-Dubai-Canada-Dubai-India.

When agencies got suspicious of this transaction, the bank was asked about the credentials of the end person. It was never provided and under pressure from the Indian agencies, the transaction money was shifted to some sundry accounts in parts.

For months, the Dawood gang thought that such transactions were being routed to some rogue elements from within. Later, when it realized that the banks acted in such a manner on pursuance of the Indian agencies, the D-gang fell silent.

Now, the gang is learnt to have narrowed down its hawala business to an exclusive group of confidants and only through secure banks availing different routes. Secondly, they have resorted to making payments in conflict diamonds besides adopting other means.

On the other hand, the intelligence agencies are now tracking these front-men of Dawood in India and other countries to bring them to law and extract information about new means of transaction and new modes of operation.
