If the first fruit (Abraham) is good the fruits(Jews) coming after that will be good.For the sake of gentiles Jews rejected Christ, for the sake of us they becomes enemy of GOD because it was the plan of GOD to save the mankind through Jesus.
Jews they are the real people of true GOD no one can destroy them may be you can defeat them but they will rise again because they are the people of true GOD.
He will will never leave them for always, if he loved the gentiles to give his own son (or himself) how he can leave his own people.

This is specifically about political palestinian prisoners that are in Israel and how they have SUCESSFULLY won rights from the Israeli prison officials by their hunger strike.

Again please don't derail the thread and stick to the topic please and mods can do needful to maintain focus on the topic and prevent it from derailing it would be much appreciated

Most of the palestine supporters are not willing to accept the fact that jews were part of this land too and just because they were thrown out of it does not make them stranger to the said land...most of the palestine supporters always cry about how jews have stolen their land and bla bla but it was ok when muslim invaders looted and molested other lands,cause it is part of history(how convenient)...they will whine and whine about how Israel is killing muslims when in reality more muslims are brutally killed in their own country every year...
so in short most of the so called palestine supporters are bunch of hypocrites....they should accept the two state solution and thank their lucky stars...

I think majority of the people should and do support the two state solution except a few people who are calling for the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from the Palestinian majority areas of West Bank and Gaza (which includes many Christians too) or their mirror image idiots who want to get rid of all jews in Israel. Both are wrong.

^^ The ones who dont accept the two state solution are by and large Palestinians and their Arab/Persian backers.

The thread reminded me of the novel 'Sum of all fears' by Tom Clancy.

The first part of the story goes like this - A new leader gains popularity in Palestine - using Gandhian methods. He, with his followers sits on hunger strike.

An Israeli police officer strikes him but he doesn't retaliates and is ultimately beaten to death - which was caught on camera. The world is stunned, US president is forced to condemn Israel and there is worldwide outcry in favor of Palestine. As the novel's protagonist remarks . it tilts the moral axis far away from Israel.

Gandhi has referred to Ahimsa as a tool, and like a tool , it will work in some cases, and will fail in others.
Against a democratic nation like Israel it has a good chance of succeeding.

Fatah had a clause in its constitution which called for Israel's destruction ,removed after Oslo I guess , while Hamas still has one in its .As a people Israelis simply see these groups as Jew haters who will 'throw them into sea' if they get a chance. There is zero trust between Hamas and Israel. So while an average Israeli might not be against be a two state solution there is genuine fear what will these men do once they get a state to rule upon. Add to this powder keg the violent rivalry between Fatah and Hamas and you doubt what will be the future of a Palestinian state. Israel is a very strong nation armed to its teeth. For the existential threat posed by Hamas, Hezbollah and their masters, they will fight without compromising.and thats the reason violent action Israel will never succeed(unless you think of Samson option which destroy the region).

All this will change if 'Ahima' takes root in Palestine. It will signal that Palestine don't want Jews destruction.This will be reassuring for the average Israeli. It will build trust between the two communities - vital to the success of any peace plan.Oh and it will certainly make things difficult for Israel and its allies in international forums. An Israeli incursion in Gaza is justified by its government in the name of hunting down terrorists. But once you take violence out of picture it will be impossible for Israel to defend its actions.Remember Israel is not China, it cant do a media blackout.

The British didn't create Israel, the UN decided on the two-state solution because England wanted nothing to do with it.
You need to brush up on your history.

British creation of Israel was a milquetoast suggestion on behalf of the British Parliament who wanted to get rid of Jews from Britain. Britain promised Palestinian people their own land around Jerusalem in their fight against Ottoman Turks. But when the time came they reneged on their promise giving the land to Jews.

The Balfour declaration explicitly stated that any Jewish settlement in Palestine cannot jeopardize the religious rights and freedoms of Palestine's inhabitants. After WW2 England realized the impossibility of this and left it to the UN to decide what to do with the British Mandate of Palestine.

So you agree that Brits created a problem where none existed before. Don't promise if you cannot deliver.

Jews wanted a state so that they cannot be thrown out like they were in the past. Why is this a bad thing?
