As per the estimates, annually a huge numbers are getting deficient in the workplace and even if the Chinese abandons the One Child Policy it will take an estimated 15 years to balance the population with the numbers required to engine China.

Since the Chinese would not allow importing foreign workers into China, they will soon become dependent on others to satiate their growing hunger and consumerism lust!
