In a diff thread we had discussed in detail as to how unreliable Pak missiles were and what actually happened when Mushy asked them to be redied for launch in 1999. At that time pak had no missile deliverable Nuke warhead. They cud have only used F-16s for that. And yes, Pakistan wud not be in existance if they had used nukes.
