This was just an example. Bajaj sourced their bike design from an design firm similar to Pininfarina from Italy.
Tata's Indica was also a design from Pininfarina i guess, not 100% sure.

okay , but its still upto the company like bajaj should they be using variant copies of the same design or a new design , especially if they do own such a design company ,

if they really owns these design companys or even just hiring them for a design job then shouldnt be the design company doing an exclusive design effort for them .
