Terrorists needs to be sent to Military prison

It's evident that, the civil police of India (irrespective of states) are INCAPABLE of punishing captured terrorists and take out the needed info

Recent example is Patna Blasts on 27/10/13, inspite of Bhatkal brother's capture, civil police or NIA couldn't decipher the IM plots

IMO, there needs to be a new law according to which, civil police are bound to hand over captured terrorists to Indian Army for further course of action. I think that, Army can do wonders in squeezing the info out of those captured vermin's.

Though I agree that the terrorists should be sent to the army for squeezing the info, yet the Police has 1000s of tricks and tactics to get the info they even use illegal ways for the same, including harassment of the family members, leaving Mukhbirs behind them, blocking the financial sources etc.. But in the cases where police has failed, the terrorists should be sent to the Army, still I don't know if there is any law as such, further the case should be related to the cross border terrorism. For internal terrorism it won't be a good idea, as it will be seen as a way to torture the accused to get the confession or the info

Actually I want the punishment like "Castration" and "Dismemberment of hands + legs" in the law for the serious terror crimes, but there is a fashion of "correctness" among the govts around the world which lets the terrorists free of fears.

Yes quiet practical & advisable, after all we are SECULAR country only. Our secular govt. is even planning for Islamic banking so there can be Isalmic punishment as well.

A&N is ecologically very sensitive & very diverse islAND. why should we send terrorists & traitors such wonderful island & make their life heaven. I suggest they should be asked to do worst, most dirtiest & toughest jobs like gutter cleaning, mining toxic substance (but useful substance where they can die slowly), road building in border area( but strict vigilant required) etc.

One more thing is we should not give them Biryanis & non veg during the term or till death.

No, the terrorists should not be sent to military prison. Reason being that you only send prisoners of war, enemy combatants and members of the military found guilty of a serious crime.
Now if you send a common terrorist to a military prison then you elevate that status of that person from being a common stinking terrorist to that on an soldier and that is unacceptable.
