No, don't just cherry pick only the part that you wanted to hear.
KH-31, KH-58, AARGM-ER, HARM, ALARM are fast reaction SEAD weapon, they are often used in defensive launches hence they don't use laser guide.
JSM, LRASM, JSOW-ER are mostly antiship weapon with extremely long range, they can sometimes be used against land target but mostly fixed targets like bunker. They don't use laser because the distance is too long
Spice 250, SDB II, SPEAR 3 are multi purpose medium range ASM/SEAD/CAS weapons, they use laser guide because that give them better capability against mobile SAM like Tor-m1 or 9K37 Buk

Russia has a new buyer of Su-57 fighter jets

Russia may begin supplying Su-57 fighters to Southeast Asia.

At the disposal of the Avia.pro resource there appeared information that Vietnam was interested in buying fifth-generation Russian fighter jets Su-57. At the moment there is evidence that the Vietnamese authorities are considering the possibility of buying 12 Su-57 fighters, which will allow Vietnam to seriously increase the defense capability of its borders.

According to the source, at the moment Vietnam is showing genuine interest in fifth-generation Russian fighter aircraft, and if the deal goes through, then Vietnam may be the first state to adopt fifth-generation Russian fighter aircraft. Given the cost of one combat aircraft, the total amount of the contract will have to be about 2 billion dollars.

Nevertheless, as analysts say, the United States of America can create serious problems for Vietnam, since the purchase of Russian weapons will immediately lead to the imposition of sanctions by Washington, which will be a significant blow to the economy of this country.

It should be clarified that no official comments from the Russian defense ministry have been received so far.

Unless India funds this, no more batches in the future. Blue balling till Item 30 engines and radar integration complete till 2020 ish. Then confirm and induct by 2026-27.
