Ashamed of Tamil Nadu after seeing this list.

Urban TN is affluent. The urban youth don't join military. They form queue outside U.S consulate.
My native place is Vellore and almost every family there has one member in the military or CAPF.
I have attended SSB 5 times and saw many candidates from rural TN.

Every state is contributing in one or other way. Every one has it's important role to play. Be it Gujarat, UP, Bihar or any other state. If we've armed forces and no economy then we wouldn't be different from #Terroristan with no goals and identity other than vessel state for other countries. On the other hand, if we only have Trader like Gujarati and Rajsthani who virtually run trade for whole of India, in that case India would another kind of vessel state like Japan or Taiwan.
