State of freedom of speech in India?

    ranked to 140th worldwide (score of 40.34 out
    of 105).

    Seems bad statstically. How shall we improve?

    WHy are we so eager to get a pat on our back from an outsider? We must ask whether the Indian system is good enough for the Indians. India being a democracy, we Indians will decide how much freedom we need.
