Maybe the stones were pelted from boats of local Tamil brethren in Jaffna.
Did you conducted geological research and the origin of stones?

65 INDIAN FISHERMEN FURTHER REMANDED TILL SEPTEMBER 4

The judicial remand of 65 fishermen from Karaikal and Nagapattinam, who were arrested on July 30 by Sri Lankan Navy personnel, has been extended up to September 4, officials said today.

The officials said 31 fishermen from Karaikal and 34 fishermen from Nagapattinam were arrested for allegedly crossing the International Maritime Boundary Line.

They were produced before the Trincomallee and Paruthithurai Courts for remand extension today.They were later lodged in prison, officials added.

65 Indian Fishermen further remanded till September 4

It does not necessitate that those fisherman can violate IMBL. If Indian fisherman do not know there limits it is India's duty to educate them that, otherwise letting those fisherman committing the same crime over and over again and blaming Sri Lankan authorities for doing their job correctly.

India has clearly shown her incapability here to at least restrain their own country man from committing crime but instead she is trying to give justice to her neighboring countries. What a joke.
The issue is SL Navy not knowing the maritime boundaries!

U can sell fishing quota to Chinese fishermen like this>>

Yep, Sri Lanka has given rights to fish in SL waters for China and Japan.
