rich Arabs dont have brains. They are obsessed by americans and British',they cant go against their masters

look who's talking about quality!i think quality wise the Rafale is he best that money can buy(of course the F-22 is the best in all,but i guess the Yankees are not selling them to anybody).on the other hand i would like to hear your explanation on what basis did the PAF buy the JF-17(which is the cheapest and the least capable 4th generation fighter in the International market) if they are so conscious of the "quality over quantity" thing(btw the last thing that i heard about JF-17 was that it couldn't fire bvr misssiles properly!)
