In short Excalibur and Ghatak will be standard issue for police CRPF ITBP ?

They need to improve the rifles batch wise now huge orders have been given to them they can't complain about orders and economy of scale

Police personnel may never ask anything unlike army as for them this is million time better than dunalis and dandas their fellow have.

What about the pistols ? Do we have any option for that or Russian pistols will make way in ?

AP/TS Greyhound force are equipped with these antique weapons.
Other states Anti-Naxal forces are better equipped when compared to AP/TS Greyhound.

OFB Brown 9mm pistol all the way.
May be CT units will have Glock17 or Berretta 92.
