I wanted to know if we are allowed to launch our own rockets into sky and to what certain height? do we need permissions if we exceed a certain height and other parameters? Can we design a pinaka type MBRL system and test it? I Used to make small and very big rockets for Diwali with my friends,long time ago. Can anyone give information about this? Others are welcome to post their views on it.
