Came across this brilliant piece of software

F.lux: software to make your life better

During the day, computer screens look good—they're designed to look like the sun. But, at 9PM, 10PM, or 3AM, you probably shouldn't be looking at the sun.
f.lux

F.lux fixes this: it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.
Try it out ! Using it fixed my sleep cycle :thumb:

PS: enable gradual dimming (60min) and don't forget to adjust it according to the lighting that you use (tubes/fluorescent or bulbs/halogen)

what the hell just happened to my screen. LB you are going to be sued :p
Wait ! Read the PS:

it might look strange at first ! but our eyes are not supposed to take in large amounts of blue light at night. First adjust the lighting (in settings->change lighting....change to to florescent if you're using a tubelight).

Also, enable the 60min gradual dimming, instead of the 20sec one

Dude thats like gradual sleeping by forceful dimming of screenlight!

One can rather vow to sleep early than doing something like that. I'll end up increasing my specs power in this manner.
