This is a Pakistani source , highly doubt the claim. These guys want cheap publicity and fool their people.

Secondly various people work for countries all around the world, even between the countries of bitter rivalry there are some code of conduct when it comes to business people.

ISI made this game deadly by breaching the unofficial code or agreement between the two countries.
