This is a wrong one, as BHAGHAT SINGH, RAJ GURU and SUKHDEV were never hanged. Instead they were chopped into pieces and thrown on the river banks by the BRITISHERS............

Yeah, there is a point of view that all three were not hanged, but were chopped into pieces and thrown away and their family members did not get their bodies when they demanded. Instead they got a statement saying that all the three were terrorists and the case of BHAGHAT SINGH, RAJ GURU and SUKHDEV is still running patiala court, to prove that they were no terrorists but were GREAT FREEDOM FIGHTERS unlike GANDHI and NEHRU who wrote their own history in favour of them............

Execution

Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were sentenced to death in the Lahore conspiracy case and ordered to be hanged on March 24, 1931. Singh was informed that his execution had been advanced by 11 hours on March 23, 1931, just a few hours before his execution.[90][79] Singh was hanged on March 23, 1931 at 7:30 pm[91] in Lahore jail with his fellow comrades Rajguru and Sukhdev. It is reported that no magistrate of the time was willing to supervise his hanging. The execution was supervised by the Honorary Magistrate of Kasur, Nawab Muhammad Ahmad Khan Kasuri, who also signed Singh's black (death) warrant.[92][93][94][95] The jail authorities then broke the rear wall of the jail and secretly cremated the three martyrs under cover of darkness outside Ganda Singh Wala village, and then threw the bodies into the Sutlej river,[79] about 10 km from Ferozepore (and about 60 km from Lahore).[79][96][97]
