they would theorise that RAW did this to pin the blame on ISI/TTP and bolster the freedom-cause of balochistan from TSP; but the hawkeye the ISI is, they busted this plan (after the blast, that is).

Exactly, RAW should be doing such things in Punjab not Baluchistan. There are 'n' numbers of targets long due in Pak Punjab that India can even hit without any guilt and International backlash (per se).

QUETTA: A loud explosion was heard at Quetta's Zarghon Road near Al Khair Hospital on Thursday.

According to rescue officials, several people are reportedly injured in the powerful blast in Balochistan's provincial capital which shattered windows of nearby buildings.

Police are still trying to confirm the source and nature of the blast.

Rescue teams have reached the scene and the injured are being shifted to a nearby hospital.

Security forces have already reached the scene and are collecting evidence.

If one can research numbers of major attacks killing scores of civilians in Pakistan since 2010 only Sunni Punjabis are somehow being spared.

I remember current Pak Punjab Chief minister's public comment pleading terrorists to spare Punjab; implying do whatever they want to do in rest of the country. No wonder these cowards have special budget allocations for UN banned JuD LeT terror organization ( whom rouge China rescues from sanctions all the time).

Another Bomb Blast In Pakistan's Quetta, 14 Injured

QUETTA: Pakistani officials say a roadside bomb has gone off near a vehicle escorting a judge in the country's southwest and 14 people were wounded.

Sarfraz Bugti, the head of the interior ministry in southwestern Baluchistan province, says the judge was unharmed in Thursday's explosion, which took place on a main road in the city of Quetta.
Police spokesman Shahzada Farhat says police officers and passers-by were wounded.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the bombing, which comes just four days after a suicide bomber struck a hospital in Quetta, killing 70 people, mostly lawyers.

That attack took place shortly after a prominent lawyer was gunned down earlier in the day and his body was brought to the hospital.

Quetta is the capital of Baluchistan province.
