^^ Good thinking!!! Could it really be true?
i dont know, take it just as a CT at best, with tons of salt.
but here is something interesting that comes across. a few days back, before the KF chatter started there were mummers of bringing in FDI in the indian aviation sector, and the GoI's response to the crisis is to infuse FDI, as suggested earlier. could it just be a coincidence? well, coincidences generally tend not to happen so quickly.
Kingfisher crisis: Govt to consider FDI in aviation - The Times of India
if by chance there is any shred of truth in what i am suggesting, GoI would have definitely been complicit in this as well.
we can be pretty sure, with all the "paper work" done, KF will get what they are looking for.
the most amazing thing in all this, pilots, the highest paid employees, are losing jobs, which means all of a sudden their supply is increasing in the market and so the salary they would be rehired will see a slide/correction, call it whatever, same with others who have no other options but to stick to this industry, so the bottom lines even while rehiring will be in much better situation than earlier.
by the way jet airways is again in the red, well!
if by chance this crisis leads to the next gen economic reforms all over and not just the aviation sector, this crisis would be the most welcome one, and one then hopes such crises keep revisiting from time to time.
