BOGOTA, Colombia — Colombian police say an explosion at a home in Bogota has killed three men and left one seriously injured.
Gen. Luis Eduardo Martinez is Bogota's police chief and says the blast occurred on the third floor of a residential building early Sunday in the neighborhood of Suba.
He says a group of students were drinking alcohol and working with explosives at the time.
