And what's the issue if MODI talked in pure Hindi? Why the hell should we use Urdu-Hindi?

What a idiotic comment from Gupta.... btw the proper word is Gupt and not Gupta since English has added unwanted "a" in lot of things.

Strong speech indeed, he spoke with confidence and like a true leader.

Good move to speak in Hindi, a patriotic act to to be heard in first national language at the highest level in front of the global leaders.

Tough I am not a fan of Modi, credit should be given where it's due. Good for India!

Modi recited sanskrit poem in central park in newyork in a music concert infront of about 60 thousand young americans. WOW this guy has guts, you have to see it to believe it.
And to top it all.

At the end of his central park speech modi says "May the force be with you". Hugh Jackman was giving sly smile standing behind him.
Never ever thought Starwars and Modi will ever fit in same sentence.

What a fine speech!

Have you ever noticed trolls, and how they derail discussions from the main theme? These two couldn't have taken him on the content, nor the language, so what next? Well, that's typical of trolls!

British media seems to be desperate to find flaws. Totally understandable as the hits keep coming - first Mangalyaan and now this

मोदी कभी लड़खड़ाए तो कभी फिसले - BBC Hindi

मोदी कभी लड़खड़ाए तो कभी फिसले

Translated means : Modi sometimes was shaken and sometimes he stumbled (during UNGA speech)

haha... everyone knows that. Thats why it begs the question- why hire douchebags that are going to be embarrassing your network. Its publicity yes, but negative publicity is no good.
That is the aim of the US media.

Hire Indians to ridicule Indians and please the Americans that the elephant, snakes, jungle, voodoo rites, mumbo jumbo and the Maharaja image does not fade from India.

It is time to say 'Good Mooooooooooooooorning, America. Time to smell the coffee! Wakey! Wakey! sleepy eyed dunderheads and Joe the Plumbers and Sarah Palin 'intellectuals'.

Why did BBC while writing a Hindi article wrote it 69 and not ६९ in Hindi numerical script? Similarly 34, while mentioning the duration of PM's speech.

How can you criticize when you are doing the same mistake? Hypocrite much?

Let me ask a question to the other members on this forum, Aren't the Indians who insult India for their foreign masters, well, anti national? Why are they like this? Do they have no love for their motherland?

The greatness of India is that it is a land that cherishes freedom.

People can have their own views.

One can criticise what one may want to. No big deal there. In fact, it is good that we are not robots.

But if we are paid to do so, then that is prostituting ourselves. That is reprehensible.
