territories she wants. Or (3)China recognizes UNCLOS and abandon her 9-dash claim.

Option 2 is no good. US is watching. China will be beaten black and blue. Plus China is a big fat coward.

well consider china is one of the biggest trading partner etc. i doubt india want to antagonize china too much. beside SCS is more of US/china influence. as long as china doesn't goto indian ocean make a scence i doubt india will do the same.

I guess you don't understand that even if Chiina vetoes, influence on international opinion brought by the decision is more important. Everybody knows that china would not recognize any desicion from any international body unless it is favorable to the.

I predict that China will be voted out of the UN security council if China keeps on grabbing her neighbors territory. The UN security council doesn't need a rogue state as a permanent member. China should not forget who puts her there in the security council. I think Japan should replace China in the security council...and Japan's contribution to the UN is 6times more than the contribution of China.
