I actually have no idea whether its right place to ask this question or not. So please forgive me if I hit the wrong target.
I need to know Where to seek permission if one want to make any documentary/movie on Defense.
I read it long time back but can't remember where most probably it was in LIVEFiST or BHARAT RAKSHAK that you need to ask some office in MOD(not sure). But I can't find it there right now.
So please help me....
