well i too have seen how they won WWII and later on heavily invested in signal interception and code breaking. Plus miles of super computers with NSA.

It is a good capability to have if one wants to be a world power, I will not be surprised if the Chinese are emulating the same thing maybe in a different fashion, they have the money and talent.

first lets have deterrent in place the way we want it, we have other proprieties to improve standard of living of our citizen once that happen we can concentrate on other things. Let china do what is needed for their interest, but we should focus on our national interest.
