What is the use of these army officer passing out ,when they are ill equipped, when fighting for the country.

History has proved that wars are not won by sacrifice but by killing the enemy....for that u need modern weapon not 20,30,40 years old weapons

Recent ex sudershan was based at new doctrine which is faster, I think similar exercise needed to be done with new ideas within infantry..

Agreed but my concern is about delay in new procurement of new weapons
