In both cases baramullah and this one, tangos shooting is starting at around sunrise. if i remember correctly earlier it used to be between mid night and 4 AM.

i wonder what has caused this change in timing...

An encounter is underway in the Pampore region of Jammu & Kashmir where two terrorists are reportedly holed up. One jawan and one Jammu & Kashmir police officer have been injured in the encounter.
