whats is the deal with this guy? I came across another article where I read his comments and wondered how the supreme court works in India vs Pakistan.
I ask because he seems to legislate from the bench. In other words supreme court justices and for that matter all judges in the US are not allowed to initiate cases and hearings by themselves. or for that matter opine about something that may come before the courts and themselves.
Why? because if those cases come before them in a future date then they are going to have a conflict of interest/ bias. I have noticed on many occasions the chief justice calling for some judicial oversight or even political oversight on his own account.
