Pak minister calls Taliban 'true followers' of Islam

In a potentially controversial statement, a Pakistani federal minister belonging to a religious party has said the Taliban are the "true followers" of Islam and the US has been "creating hatred against them."

"Ulema (clerics) and Taliban are the true followers of Islamic ideology and America is the biggest terrorist of the world, which is creating hatred against them," Tourism Minister Maulana Attaur Rehman, whose Jamiat Uleme-e-Islam (JUI) party is a partner in the PPP-led government, told a public gathering in Mansehra in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.

Rehman, the brother of JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, told the gathering on Tuesday that the ongoing spate of terrorist attacks could not be eliminated until the US and the world gave equal rights and respect to the Muslims.

"It is a misconception that Ulema and Taliban are against co-existence of people with different religions. In fact, it is America which is against interfaith harmony to maintain its hegemony on the world," Rehman said.

Leading Pakistani rights activist Ansar Burney had recently petitioned the British government to bar Maulana Fazlur Rehman from entering that country because of his alleged extremist ideologies and links to the Taliban.

Pakistan is a terrorist nation. There is no surprise in its statement and Pakistani common citizen share the same feeling for the terrorist which the minister had. The only reason that pakistan is doing this operation is for hard case and few weapon and TTP organization.
Pakistan has no problem with any terror group, they are friend and allies of pakistan and also they share the same ideology of hate and blood.///////zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

This will be the case, if India-US-Pakistan gets into talk

Dr.Singh - We are ready for any kind of dialog only when Pakistan uproot terrorist camps from its soil..

Mr.Zardari - India has a wrong understanding about Pakistan.. We treat Taliban/Alqeida as key components of nation's strategic interest and providing training to them to plot strikes globally.. And to put pressure on your (India) ambition to be a global power.:emot180:

Dr.Singh - Did you hear that???

Mr.Obama - Yeah. Its very clear and straight forward. They do not have any treaty with either Taliban or Alqedia and neither do have any terrorists camps in their soil. They support India on its ambition to be a Major power.. It sounds too good to me.. I appreciate it Mr.Zardari..:emot112: We provide an aid of $2BN to you for start co-operating for that...
Mr.Zardari - :happy_2:

Dr.Singh - ???? :emot0:

US is only there to look after its interests, once they with draw their forces in 2011-14 time frame we would be back to engaging the terrorists and pakistani regime by ourselves as usual. The draw back would be that they would be more well trained and determined because of fighting against US and we will have to face them alone with a few empty mouths supporting us in UN.

Uncle same pops in fear everywhere he goes and when he leaves their is stench that someone else has to clear up. Right now it would be left to us.
