A month ago, IMF agreed to give 9 billion dollars but with two strings attached (1) Interest rate will be 11.5 percent (2) Paki rupee has to be devalued to Rs150 to a dollar.

That's not how I read it.

Saudi Arabia will deposit $3 billion directly with Pakistan “as balance of payment support,” while another one-year deferred payment facility of up to $3 billion for oil imports was agreed, according to a memorandum of understanding signed by both nations

This deposit is not a loan. Just like a account padding exercise to show others but can't be used.

and China has said the following

China said on Saturday it was willing to offer assistance to Pakistan to help it weather its current fiscal woes but that terms of such aid are still being discussed.

I see these causing them more pain and damage down the road than help them.

They might have postponed the crisis for now, but the fundamentals of the problem remain the same.

There is no clarity on how they plan to repay the original loans, they still have to pay 25% of their annual budget on loan repayment.
