some missile tests in quick succession. Are they going to test many missiles that add up to a total of "over 5000km?

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will test fire a new nuclear-capable missile by the end of this month, a media report said Saturday.

Geo News reported that the surface-to-surface 'Nasr' missile has a 180-km range and a high degree of accuracy.

The army has completed preparations for it, said sources.

Pakistan April 25 successfully test-fired an intermediate range nuclear-capable missile, less than a week after India tested a 5,000-km range missile.

The missile was capable of carrying nuclear and conventional warheads.

In March, Pakistan test-fired a nuclear-capable short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile. The Hatf-2 missile can travel up to 180 km and deliver nuclear as well as conventional warheads with high accuracy.

Pakistan's missile repertory includes Hatf ballistic missiles and its variants, Ghaznavi short-range ballistic missile, Ghauri and Shaheen medium and intermediate range ballistic missiles, Babur cruise missiles and Baktar-Shikan anti-tank guided missile, most of which have been developed with China's help.

news report is confusing it says new missile then it says Nasr, which is not new, it has been tested.

@yusuf, it will take them many years to reach 5k in total by that time A5 shall be operational and we would have tested A6 by then.

at least they give our radar some data, so that we can take those missiles out with our BMD.

They are in panic after failed NoKo rocket test so they are testing all of their inventory one by one. I hope Indian agencies will scan their performance if there is any.

LF we are testing for 5K and they are for 160km, so let them do what they want and let us do what we want.
If they keep testing like this there won't be any painted ding dong
missiles left to use in a war.

My only question is how did a 60km tactical nuclear-capable missile, suddenly become a 180km ballistic missile?

Does Pakistan have a missile/rocket that travels faster than MACH 2?
All scuds are easily intercepted just look at Israel for a clue
Iraq fired 600 scuds and only about 4 penetrated .Pakistan will
Not improve on this percentage.

All Pakistani missiles are single stage I doubt their range claims. And almost
All are inertial guidance in other words the CEP is from the stone age.
