Thats not true other countries manufacture and run steam engines , a few still run in North America and Europe, DLM AG of Switzerland produce them.

You don't seriously expect them to consider Chinese high speed trains, do you? Their track system is worse than ours. At least majority of our railway linings have been upgraded to newer material (if not essentially new tech). They OTOH are still relying on what the Brits made.

Besides, imagine what's their condition that they have to beg Dawood for funds for Pakistani Railways.

I think you meant 0.5 kiloton nuke. Man, 500 KT bomb would be too much for a howitzer shell!
