What Russia would try to do is to converge common interests of pakistan and India for common benefit or for the benefit of the region..there by giving a multitude of platform for bilateral engagement between nation thereby giving a conductive environment for diplomacy.

Hostility can never be eliminated unless the "GROUND" realities are sorted out..but a cordial regional environment can be "promoted" for the benefit of economy and other benefits.

1 - Russians always want to make its friends and allies friends to each other. So that's why Pakistan will be a part of SCO after India and Iran. Mutual lucrative economy should eliminate hate and hostility.

we are happy with Partition ...................now Hindus are in Majority & politically United we can concentrate on studies , business and development of our society .

without partition ................we would have to fight civil wars with Muslims ..............so many Riots etc .....................majority of Muslims are doing nothing productive except producing 10 children and doing population explosion .

Btw, I've been in Southern Goa in 2010 and seen how can muslims (and 3 other confessions) live togather. It is a matter of the proper leadership for confessions and proper state policy for cultures and religions.
