Its nice to show solidarity with friendly nation during natural disasters.
But, not to have competent natural disaster response team is a shame on whom???

While "Chinooks" engaged in disaster relief, Pakistani forces did what is described by the image.

Keep spending on NASR and you will have no money for humanitarian activities.But who needs? you have Chinook force sitting across the border.

Kindly tell me how many countries sent contingent for rescue and relief when there was a land slide in Gyari?

This makes be believe that there is no concept of SAR in Pakistani army.
They simply deny they are one of ours.

ROLE OF PAKISTAN ARMED FORCES - hmmmmm this really a very tough question ....
1. reloading other forces guns .....
2. gate duties
3. arranging and managing food
4. cleaning and keeping
5. doing some kind of terrorist activities
6. planting bombs , for civilians their
7. and last begging for AID
