Please elaborate how fewer billions will result in lesser yield. Pakistan is considerably smaller than India in size and population. Even a fewer billions if used wisely will result in better HDI and growth.

your comments are contradicting each other, once you say india is BIg nation it need Huge investments, If you say its big nation with Big economy, then how come the Same size of Aid received by pakistan (small country) satisfy india (Big nation),.

there is another face of this Aid received, Pakistan uses the aid to export terrorism, while in india the Aid goes to NGOs and to aid the people who make conversion to other foreign religions.
India is on forward posture of stop taking Aid and also the Aid which are misleading the country through NGOs.
But you should know that India received Aid and its not at all considered Aid

Let's bee honest our country are suffering with lot of poverty but India is spending aid on poverty removal wheras Pakistan on other hand are spending aid on creating ATOMIC Kuwaat .
And if you are comparing our aid to ours just to make you aware that we are 6 times bigger than you in surface area ,by that logic if we are receiving less than you than according to layman view India is progressing more than Pakistan
